After all, we are all in the to same boat. Seeing my teammates lose their jobs is very tough on me. My advice is this-- everyone needs to have an updated résumé and constantly work hard on staying in touch with people they know in other markets which enables you to network. But do stay positive by always thinking of those you love and this too shall pass.
