Our workload is more than doubled in a lot of stores, doing task we have either never done or have not done for many years. I know store managers that have never done coursetracks, maybe other than an occasional buyback, but are now the text manager, in addition to being the store manager. I know a lot of faculty out there are not pleased.
GM is doing great, so it is understandable that they did not touch people in those departments, they must figure it is the only place doing well so leave it as is.
