I went through all the same feelings when I was laid off from a previous job. A big lesson to learn from this is you are not your job. People label us by what we do and we do it to ourselves as well. It will take some time. Try to focus on anything positive when the negativity starts to take over. Focus on the smallest things to be grateful for. Just try your best. You are grieving. Eventually you will be in a better mind set and you will see beauty after the storm. Good things follow bad. Hang in there. You're not alone.
