Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Not much hope in finding a job before Christmas, so tomorrow when everyone else is out shopping for gifts I'll be standing in line returning the ones I had already purchased. I know there a lot of people out there that have it much worst than me. I anyone would like to share their story you have a lot of people here that know exactly how you feel. My family really doesn't understand it's more than just losing a job, they took my sense of self worth, my dignity and self esteem. Why do I feel ashamed and embarrassed? I hope this feeling goes away soon. Right now I'm just going through the motions hoping that tomorrow will be better.
