I don't have any issues with the previous management. Follett had no debt and was profitable. Follett will continue to have trouble competing with Amazon and other online competition that they never faced previously.
I agree with Anonymous 649. The last time there were no buyers so they needed to clean up their income statement and balance sheet. They need to move quickly and they know it.
