I'd much rather keep the conversation to the layoffs, the failing company strategies, poor policies, things that can affect positive change. An ironed shirt wont get anyone's job back, turn the company around, or make anyone's job at Follett better. Follett is watching this board this week. What do you want them to change? This is our chance to tell them. Its not often we have the ear of leadership, anonymously, and can be honest without fear of retaliation. Let's not squander the opportunity.
