I believe that is one of the major issues facing this company. The way it has seemed to be (from speaking with previous employees) and from my personal experience, they do not try hard enough to keep their top talent around. The people who succeed at home office are the ones who do just enough to not be fired, while the ones who strive to truly grow and show success are shunned and eventually leave. It's kind of like what some sports writers call "playoff hell"; good enough to make it year to year but, not enough to be something truly special.
