Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Unemployment not contested

For all other layoffs, the company did not contest any unemployment claims so it seems odd they would have changed that. I would ask your HR representative point blank in email so that you have a record of the communication. Follett is no longer a good company to work for, but I hope they are not that bad trying to cheat employees out of unemployment.
