They laid off experienced people in teams that have open positions. Follett has a divisive "us vs them" management style and the majority of managers (not all, mostly the "lifers") use an intimidation management style. New President was rumored to have been brought in to chop heads and move on, we'll see but it sure is starting to look that way. If you were one of the ones laid I feel for you, but in the long run you will be much better off. Find a company that cares about it's employees....
