Backbone or not dude, you need to take it somewhere else. I was a big shot Director that got booted six months ago- and I know although my complaints were legit and ethical- I need to leave for both my personal wellbeing and financial. They set the rules- not you. Keep your mouth shut or leave. Those are your chooses. Having been on the inside of things this company really is deceiving many- especially students.
