I disagree with alot of the comments on this board, but everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is part of the reason why this forum was created. With that being said, I did use to work for Heald which is now part of CCI. I cared for every student that I assisted and wanted only for them to succeed in their educational journey, I made sure of their rights and responsibilities as a student and also made aware that resources are provided to them. I invested my time and my energy to make sure that our student was help, I didn't just work my 8 hours and got paid...I was there for the students.
