This guy outstayed by five years- these Directors are just as bad since they turn the other cheek on those who are their "buddies" or for the females they are attracted or having affairs with- they left three dynamite people in my dept go one girl worked like three but again she was not a favorite with the "boys"..... its sad. Glad this guy finally got fired. He had a trash mouth was unruly and very loud.
