Thread regarding Staples Inc. layoffs

There is no culture at staples, just poor morale based on the unfair treatment store employees get from the big bird GM.Ops mgr , Asst mgr and team leaders take all the responsibility for daily numbers , not the GM. Store employees work to the hardest of their abilities and we see that, but is always never enough to the DM'S satisfaction.
