Thread regarding Manulife Financial Corp. layoffs

Time for these companies to be held to account for their employment practices. Where are the headlines about Manulife/John Hancock doing mass layoffs, and having plans to move more jobs offshore or to emerging markets (as postulated by a previous poster). This is an outrage to every hard working Canadian. A betrayal of the trust of the citizens of Canada. Disgusting corporate greed and clearly a loss of connection to the root of Manulife's success, it's people. Loyalty to it's people and it's nation seem to have been push aside in favor of greed.
