Heald College long term faculty of over 30 years experience are retiring in mass. One is retiring with 40 years of service. The trend is to replace all full timers outside of administration with throw away part time employees. The FA people last a couple of quarters. The new adjunct faculty usually survive one or two quarters before quitting.
