Everest will either teach out or consolidate a number of Southern California campues due to declining enrollments. (Everest is abandoning the Northern California market in favor of Heald). ALL the Heald campuses are starting to face serious enrollment problems. In particular, the newest Heald Campus being Modesto, CA is in danger of being taught out. California is starting to crack down on for profit colleges.
