Heald College may be doing a teach out at the Fresno and Stockton California campuses. Those 2 campuses are barred from California Financial Aid due to the high Federal Student Loan default rate along with having a very high drop out rate even by Heald's standards.
The faculty is tired of making all the phone calls to students dropping out in a bid to support "student retention". The admissions representatives are being harassed on almost a daily basis to find warm bodies.
A lot of the Heald programs are on the chopping block. Some of the programs like Electronics Technology which are only being offered at San Jose, CA and Honolulu, HI are likely to be taught out.
