To the dude person, what CCI is doing with their, so called "right offs", terminations is nasty, sick, vile and wrong. That being said anyone can file an EEOC. Please name just 10 of the hundreds that have been upheld by
the courts. Do you honestly think they are terminating with an eye on the person's race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, etc?
They are just slashing and dumping any employee at random if it will lower expenses.
You see dude I agree with you that their behavior is gross and totally without integrity. I just want to be clear that complaints and law suits are meaningless unless you can name several employees who won their case.
