Normally they will buy him out (up to 2 years salary) and will pay him his "due" bonus, effective immediately...I don't blame JM for the dire straits of this company. I do however blame those that were only concerned about getting students in by all means necessary, even though they would probably never finish, and even if they did, they are still on the umemployment train. Get them enrolled, push them through, mark them present when they weren't even in class, give them passing grades when they can't even pass the comps, etc...By the way, if you don't, we will find someone who will. I refused to give out grades, they had to be earned. I refused to mark students present when they were absent. I was let go because my attrition was too high. It's not JM that is the problem, it's the operations people coming out of the West division that are the problem. Don't drink the CCI KoolAid, I didn't and I can sleep at night!
