Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Somebody is confused about adjunct instructors and unemployment. They are not employees. They are independent contractors. They are never eligible for unemployment. Even full-time instructors may not be eligible if terminated for "cause." It is sad but true.
