Heald college admission representatives aka salespersons are getting "chewed out" by upper management due to the unexpected number of "no shows" and "those that fail to complete enrollment". The salespersons are getting upset and simply keep their mouth shut as they know the product being sold is vastly inferior to ANY offered by the low cost California Community College.
Heald College aka Heald High in Hayward and Milpitas are heavily gang banger type infested. The dropout rate is starting to rapidly increase and quite likely over 33% will start dropping off at the end of the first quarter of enrollment.
The big problem as mentioned before is that recent Heald college graduates talk to current and prospective students leading to massive enrollment drops.
The summer quarter starts in July and the speculation among the Heald Salespeople is another layoff of staff and faculty are in the offing.
2013 is going to be the 150th anniversary of Heald College and already the talk is to quietly abandon anniversary celebrations to avoid even more scruitiny.
