There is no rule or compliance in hiring or firing an employee. Hirings/promotions are based on friendship and favoritism from the president, dean or admission directors. Most of the Presidents, Deans, Directors does have master degree also and they make six figures salary. They dont value your education or experience. I don't understand why corporate is blind to ground campuses politics?
