CCi's severance package is pathetic!!!! I was given severance pay for only three days after nearly four years of service. I bet the labor department would be interested to to know that the staff was required to attend an unpaid meeting at the end of each month. This meeting was usually held at 12:00 P.M. and management wouldn't allow you to put this working-lunch (because they provided lunch at the meeting )on your time sheet.
I saved all of my documentation stating that these meetings were mandatory (it's obvious that the management team at the Gardena campus wasn't very bright) and will be filing a complaint with the labor department, thus creating my own severance package by getting paid for attending those lame meetings!!
