Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

How about the yearly "Parthenon?" They spend millions on that every year so that the same people can go over and over again along with Execs, Regionals, Directors (many others that get a "free" vacation every year), and the winner's President or representative just so they can present the award. They give themselves and a very small percentage of staff a very lavish, and expensive vacation. It's a slap in the face every year to hard working employee's that go above and beyond every day. If they were in that much trouble for awhile then why didn't they cancel Parthenon for the past few years (or for good)? Peter Waller was a joke from the very beginning. He gets $1.55 million? Jack and others get over $1 million bonuses when they just laid off 700 employee's? In what world can they justify that kind of behavior? They are actually worse than NEC was, unbelieveable!
