I’ve heard through the grapevine that during the past few months they’ve been putting everyone on PIPs (personal improvement plans). Now management is saying that people did not perform satisfactory and as a result they’re being terminated. The most ironic thing is that most of these people have worked for Corinthian for 5 or more years. Suddenly there’s all these performance problems “documented” a few months before a massive staff reduction.
