why are they not cutting bonuses- it has been unfair the insane amount that they already pay many directors. Not to mention the underpaid, over worked, under recognized people that work under them. Then as an added smack in the face they are given a bonus at the end of the year. I'm not saying this is applicable across the board but unfortunately it is more often then not the case- at least at CSC
