So it's that time of year again & what a difference a year makes. This time last year everyone was off to Florida and now it's back to Illinois. Any predictions for the conference?

Had a manager get fired at lunch at a regional conference, good times!
At least they didn't send an incompetent manager on the virge of being fired to the conference. Happened last year, then mgr got fired 2 weeks later. Hahaha
Waste of time. Could have been done online.
