Switching ESPP provider

Is anyone also not happy with the new Fidelity as our ESPP provider? From the first use looks like it’s so much worse than E-Trade:

Less functionality

App is useless and is ranked 1 star in AppStore

Constant “Errors” when trying to login

Education resources? Where are they?

Analytics and research? Where?

Nothing stated in the vague explanation of why we shifting is actually there. Also E-Trade had all of the above. Why switch? Looks suspicious. Someone had a nice dinner with Fidelity manager?

And Fidelity left a message for my HUSBAND today, wanting to reach out and get his net worth and stock plans entered with Fidelity. E-Trade NEVER made any unsolicited calls like this.

Yes, I was not impressed and Fidelity does seem to use this to sell its own products. Not very happy with it.

On the other hand, I was able to re-balance my account to a more conservative balance on one screen. That worked better than I expected. So yes a mix bag.
