Verizon customer survey

This whole survey system is a broken system...

they never have your back if the customer gives you a low score even if the customer was abusive or things that were beyond your control like an outage or something. A system designed to fail you and they tell you, you should have gone above and beyond which is the polite way of telling you to "f off VZ reps are the most abused in the industry and the business does not give a f---..

if they can give multiple credits to its customers but can't overturn surveys for its employees tells you something

You do realize we still have these surveys in the stores too. We are instructed to tell every customer about the survey, 9 and 10 pass, everything else is a fail.....we are harped on daily about this c-ap. We need to be above 85 percent as a store...blah blah blah....but when we treat the customers as we are told to...let them do self serve, slam products on them...etc, our surveys are sh--, for actions we are instructed to take...it's a joke!!

The op is right. The surveys impact our jobs in the call center. If we fail too many we can get written up even if it isn't our fault. Even if you fix the problem and the customer fails your survey during a call it still hurts you. The store may not be impacted but we are.

I dont understand why you are getting upset over surveys. They no longer give us bonuses based on the score. You shouldn't even pay attention to them.

If I have the slightest funny feeling about a customer I note the hell out of the account to cover my a--, not that it matters cuz the managers believe the customer most of the time.

Who cares. I stopped caring about surveys the second the took the CEI bonus away. They've taken away all out abilities to do anything for the customer in the store making us the punching bag for the customer. Funny how we are scored on "how likely are you to recommend VERIZON to a friend" but their rep satisfaction score means nothing

Working in a store is like surviving the zombie apocalypse. The lucky ones were those that got taken out early and are doing something else. The survivors live in endless fear and toil for survival.
