I heard this in the office, so, take this with a grain of salt. Folks are talking about possible cuts in July, do not have any additional details. Last time the rumors started circulating, things turned out ugly - I hope it's not the case now. We'll see - please do not take this as 100% sure - it's just a rumor.

Correct VP digital geos not let go. If formal layoffs then they have to report it to wall street. If spotted lay offs or if job role no longer needed or if job role has changed significantly then can layoff and not have to report.

There will be more layoffs, they just won't call it "Tech layoffs". Why? Because they SWORE no layoffs multiple times for "Tech Unification", so they are now called? And, we do this about every 18 months? Welcome to the new norm. The writing is on the wall. ES made the decision. Layoffs are happening everywhere. Where's MP? Crickets. No surprise. Another CEO that doesn't care or engage. Death sentence eventually for the company.
There will be limited layoffs. 9 people got laid off in global procurement. Tech VP for geos and Digital VP for geos let go. Won’t be surprised if there are more after tech merger.
Layoffs are confirmed by insider source. They will announce it after 4th of July holidays.
Will probably be in the newly formed tech org. I've already seen Managers and above leaving before the end of this week.
