Frankly i was surprised they managed to achieved a slightly less than market average in their scoring - must be massaging the internal numbers as well.

Could start by caring for its Employees. That is the key to everything any company does. I won’t hold my breath though.

Plenty of unhappy punters in the comments again against another horror story about this company and on Rag theregister.co.uk which the top brass probably not happy about.

It's their own doing if it keeps sliding and 2 years as a multi-billion making multinational for them to develop a Digital strategy / brand is insulting none the less to the hard working staff and their existing clients.

Developing a strong, sane Digital strategy / brand should have been up front prior to the merge of the CSC & HP enterprise.

Seems like what others have said this company is being asset strip with other companies being acquired to the mix resulting in a final sell off in next two years.

If DXC had 'improved in almost all areas' to reach a 'below average' rating then what was the score before!? ...and what was the area they didn't improve in? I presume 'pricing' given that its delivery costs are higher than its competitors. I would think SLA's wouldn't have beenstrong either.

'we also need to define our brand' ...er, I though rebrand.com did all that 2 years ago with its' 'born yesterday and haven't a clue' slogan? So what's DXC been doing for the past 2 years then?
