But of course... they have always done that. Company has become big for their own good or the good of our people.
Then again you also have regionals, market managers and CM's that treat people like dirt in how they give and follow up on direction. Hence why HR is pretty much non-existent now. I won't say lead because leading involves people and teams. They are only out to protect themselves and their egos. Never to face reality. Keep playin the game.
