My roster has not been full in a long time but we have new nurses starting next week and the week after. Who are they going to call? Where are those thousands of members waiting to be enrolled?

Roster is over full as well and basically told to s--- it up.
Our region is low. We are taking other regions states.
They employ more nurses so that they can fire the useless ones.

My roster is over full, always have over dues and I call up to 20 people a day and always at or over 6 contacts a day.
My roster stays full. As soon as one goes to monitored I Get a new one. HCCP.
