Yeah, I cant anything. Possible this person is looking at an old article? I mean, I wouldn't doubt there will be layoffs, but I can't find anything in the news.

If that is the case then 100% nothing to worry about in Infrastructure Planning where high performance is not only the norm, it is standard.
Not that I've heard. There does tend to be a bit of a cull around mid-year for low performers though.
