NEVER TOLD ANYONE! I am not eligible for rehire. if the manager wants you gone they will figure out a way. An item left on my queue was still there after I returned from PTO time off. No big deal, it happens also the discharges that were five days old that I had to deal with but those who were covering are not in trouble. Set up it is..... destroy your reputation, destroy you with 'not eligible for rehire'. Take good nurses and destroy them. Rip them to shreds and prevent rehire with anyone. what a sham.
I was laid off in an RIF about 2 weeks ago.
Sorry about your situation, not sure if you are a RNCM or SS. If you are a RN and the appeal doesn't work out CareCentrix, Evolent Health and Serva are looking for RNs, jobs posted 2 days ago. Good luck with everything.
No gross negligence. I have a manager that is new and trying to prove she's a good manager at everyone's expense. You just couldn't talk to her. I can 't go into detail cause I am appealing the decision . I agree, this company eats their employees and then thinks everyone is lining up at the door for their turn. The reputation is starting to haunt them. More layoffs: Humana Home advantage. Only in service for a year, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors terminated. Nice way to do business.
Yes, it is, in fact when another employer verifies your employment Humana only provides dates and whether they would rehire. Providing information such as termination is too risky. You can also file for unemployment. Unless you were fired for something grossly negligent, I.e. practicing without a license, you should get unemployment. If Humana fights it, appeal and ask for a hearing.
what you fired for? Being too smart?
?
Unless you tell people...
