Rumor has it Membership TL is next! Anyone know what’s going on?

I'm in marketing and was told today by our MEM that yes, MTL and Coordinator positions are being eliminated. No idea how quickly, MEM said she just found out on Sunday. We were told there will be no severance. Also we have been unable to change our career preferences and CM told MTL that what positions are left (lol bc we have hardly any associates) are highly competitive and he should do whats best for himself. It seems as if we won't be offered other positions, nor will we recieve severance. We're confused as how to proceed with our jobs. Do we continue scheduling drives, etc? No direction yet and no date yet. We're in limbo.
We are no where in new layouts. Also not on workday for career preference
I heard club pickup team lead is coming

I think it would be different if marketing goes 3rd party.

if you had to sign the new job duty paperwork like the rest of the floor people you will be absorbed in to the front end. heard a while back that marketing was going third party. then optical next. then the elimination of photo
