It was orange, blue, and black belts. Now it's certified, specialist, and expert.
They keep promising to begin testing but cancelling the day before it goes into effect.
Disrespectful to pay Vine all that money just to sit in our fresh offices for a few hours and type away on their iPads instead of training. They don't even know what to to talk to us about anymore except "specs". We can do that on our own. Get rid of Vine and pay the Associates more.
I had a vine rep make a joke about the fact that no meat cutter in my club had a orange belt. I asked him to confirm that you had to cut everything exactly to FST and if passed you would get 50c. This was before the change. He said yes. I told him that is the reason you have no orange belts. No one wants to bother with it.
Much like the old Meritorious promotion program. Use it Abuse it and Lose it.
How many more meat cutter and lead will leave now? So many are underpaid.
They were Revamping it but then decided to do away with it all together
I actually talked to my CM about the certification program and she sent out an email to the MM, and the email said it was still available but they are revamping it. For what what ever its worth..

Oh well it was a joke anyways! Sitting through a 4 hour test to only get a .50 cent raise🤣 there is no future at Sam's club the sooner you get out the better you will be!
