Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

When are they going to tell us New's that applies to the employee, tired of seeing press release bull c-ap saying now good we are.

Tell us about work force reductions, how many were let go and from what area's. How are we going to pick up the work by the people let go? Raises for employee's or at least while Mike Lawrie and his NEO's keep getting raises, bonus, stock options and we stay the same (which means as process go up, were getting payed less)

You obviously don't work in the call centers to be making these comments. They have fired people that were still needed. Now we are to pick up the extra calls and work on multiple groups because we are short handed. To say if they pick up slack they are gullible is ridiculous. You do what they tell you is needed to be done or your fired too plain and simple. Now come September or so they will hire a bunch of new temps who make more than us seasoned employees and they will fire people again next year. There is no loyalty with this company. All these job cuts have causesd SLA'S to suffer tremendously but they have proven they don't care they just get on us to work faster and deal with the extra work load.

You DON’T pick up the work. The company determined it was not necessary so they got rid of those people. If you take on extra work, you are gullible or a fool... or both.
