I'm aware most clubs have had their photo centers removed and shut down. To the clubs that still have photo for the time being, which shifts were you offered? Has anyone told you what the new day to day will look like? I spoke to retail imaging about the changes and they told me they have been complaining to home office about the lack of training and staffing already and that this isnt going to go well with their contract. All in all, anyone have any ideas?

So much potential for the photo department thrown down the drain. Wish they just shut ours down during our remodel but now I'll have to hear non stop complaints about the dip in service and quality. Big mistakes constantly by the company :/
My club still has a photo department and we also refill ink cartridges. Nobody has been cross trained to run any of the printers yet. We are very busy and have a lot of elderly members who need help every time they come in. I can't see associates taking the time to work with these members when they haven't even been trained.
My club still has photo center. After block scheduling takes over, we will not have any certain person scheduled for photos, all the floor associates will be responsible for covering it during the day.
Department has sales of less than $1000 a day and is now regularly losing thousands of dollars a month for the clubs. Department is no longer worth the lost profit and threat to the company for copyright violations. Facts do not have emotions, facts do not make the company evil for doing away with Photo. It’s over Johnny...
Both photo people at our store are on 3- 11:30.
The last person who actually knew how to run photo left months ago. With graduation and wedding season, there is no one left who knows what they are doing
Shift - 4:30 to noon is my new shift. I was allowed to choose shift and days off. Their not training anyone in our store to run photo.
Forgot to add that since this isn't a specialty area the member service and lab in general is going to spiral downward shortly after our change on the 22nd.
