Why does Oracle have 2 CEOs, paid an outrageous amount of $ too?

Why does Oracle need 2 CEOs? And, MH and SC are at the very top of the list as highest paid CEOs!

This is good for CEO work/life balance. We are all about work/life balance. So, you have a fixed amount of work, if you split it between two CEOs each will do only 50% of work and this will therefore allow them to have more free time and better work/life balance

Because LE controls the BoD and doesn’t care about what other shareholders think, and treats Oracle as his personal piggy bank. Now keep on mind that the two CEOs are being paid a huge risk premium because of the risk of ending up in jail for securities fraud b/c of all the cloud fraud they and LE have committed

Because they can and because the BoD sees no problem with their salary, bonus or how they handle the business. Shareholders don't seem to object to the outrageous pay so - no problem - right? Until shareholders and the investment community, wall street etc. complain - nothing will change
