If the second part of the year is going to be anything like the first patt, we might finish this year a record number of layoffs in the companies history. How much more do they plan to cut this year?

Look at the Quarterly and Year end reports. You should see "restructuring plans" related to "Employee Severance"...
From last quarter's 10-Q filing dated 3/18/2019:
We recorded $297 million of restructuring expenses in connection with the 2019 Restructuring Plan in the first nine months of fiscal 2019 and we expect to incur the majority of the estimated remaining $135 million through the end of fiscal 2020
Look at the Quarterly and Year end reports. You should see "restructuring plans" related to "Employee Severance" for FY2020... Its not out yet but should be here in a few weeks. The quarterly reports are called 10-Q the Annual reports are called 10-K
