The making up of rules as they go along has already started. Remember, when mgmt uses corporate as the reason to say no to you about something, you will be using the same reason to tell them no about something later on, and often.....

No one in any position of authority at my club has any backbone. If they tell me its HO direction i ask to see the policy. If my TL tells me she got an email from the club manager that says we need to do something I ask to see the email. Tired of those cowards trying to hide behind someone higher up.
