How is your club running member assist? Is merchandisers pulling orders?
Also how is member support going? Is everyone crossed trained? Or should they be?

If you are on the sales floor you are not in any one department you can be assigned to work in any are on the floor and that can change daily which should of happened a long time ago.
Yep I will be member assist as of June 22 and I’m in the same boat as you. No one can tell me what the heck I will be doing exactly It’s aggravating!
