I got an offer from product engineering . I heard that there is no annual salary increment at cisco . Can anyone please confirm . Just wanted to make sure I get candid opinions before I join :)

I think I’ve had like two non-promotion raises in the last ten years? And one of them was to make up the poor bump I got in the previous year’s promotion.
Confirmed. No annual salary increases at Cisco. Salary increases are pretty much tied to grade level promotions..which don't happen very often.
Most companies in the Bay Area provide a cost of living raise. Cisco only provides a cost of living raise to VPs and above.
