If they moved the text business to online, cut out all the expense of housing text in stores, the company might have a chance of competing as an online business. GM has consistently shown growth but there is so little focus there.

Students have yet to adopt ebooks. That would make sense for follett to all in on e-materials; we have a great company if it weren't for our dumb employees and needy customers. E-materials would allow us to get rid of both!
I agree. I wish my store had a better selection of clothing and gifts are but they won't send it. How can I grow sales in dept 5 and 6 if I don't have mercy. To sell.
