Our first “bonus” just came in and how exciting to be receiving $100. I’ve been with the company over 10 years and I’ve never seen anything as low as this. So much for pushing credits, upgrades, top downs, providing legendary customer service and pushing sales. This company has gone the lowest of the lowest. I don’t care what anyone says but I rather work at McDonalds than for Sam’s club. Sam’s club was fun before but not anymore. The atmosphere is negative all around, the moral is lost and there is absolutely no structure. Members using scan and go to scam and go, fake receipts are being used by thieves. I don’t think I’ll be with the company longer than 6 more months. The company can keep their 2% and their quarterly charity.

You add that up per quarter and it’s still less than your top bonus last year .... they just keep taking and taking
Unfortunately for me, I apparently do not work enough hours per pay period to have qualified for a bonus... after 12 years or service 😡

Well we knew these quarterly bonuses were too good to be true. Dangle the highest amount but make sure it would be harder to reach.
