They tied your bonus to MX voices, I was on there the other day and 90% of the complaints are about either having too many self checks or not enough cashiers. Who decides how many registers we have or how much payroll we have?
The other complaints are mostly utter nonsense, somebody complained because we don't have a store closer to them, membership pricing, and lack of selection. None of the things that are under our control.
Tying the bonus to a system that home office broke is a smart move on their part because they don't have to write as big of a check, but it s---s that they keep taking little bits and pieces and expect us not to notice.
