Your Bonus is small because of HO decisions

They tied your bonus to MX voices, I was on there the other day and 90% of the complaints are about either having too many self checks or not enough cashiers. Who decides how many registers we have or how much payroll we have?

The other complaints are mostly utter nonsense, somebody complained because we don't have a store closer to them, membership pricing, and lack of selection. None of the things that are under our control.

Tying the bonus to a system that home office broke is a smart move on their part because they don't have to write as big of a check, but it s---s that they keep taking little bits and pieces and expect us not to notice.

This place s---s after the all these years Sams has gone downhill. No respect no communication could go in and on, just waiting to retire from a place I once gave a damn about.

Your bonus on the mx voices side only counts on satisfaction with associates, not the whole score. So yes you can control your score. They even break it down to 4 questions.and anyone can look up your score.

Yes, my club has gotten a couple nasty MX Voice reviews because Samsclub. Com wasn't working. So lame...
