They say the best time to leave a job is when you already have a job

Stay. You'll get laid off soon this year, so treat the rest of the year as a vacation until they lay you off. That's what I'm doing right now. No stress at all. Then I can claim my social security whenever the axe falls.

Leave as soon as you find another job, finding one should be your number one priority.

You should be out there looking and working on improving your skills.

You could wait for a rif, but that might be years away. In that time, you will learn nothing at Oracle and be just farther behind the rest of the industry. You should leave as soon as you are able to go and find another job.

Wait for the rif package and start interviewing now, eventually you'll be gone so be prepared

If you are not sure you should stay. Only go if you want to go.
