In my District one of my EL's told me our new RD told him to get certified as soon as possible. She said "go get certified RIGHT NOW, TRUST ME." I have talked to several SM's (non EL's) and they havent been informed about this new requirement. Is this discrimination or collaboration worthy of a class action suit?

How exactly are you being discriminated against?
You heard third hand that someone was told to get tech certified and somehow this is grounds for a lawsuit.
Why don’t you just get certified too since you have the inside scoop?
All emerging leaders are required to be a SM rx, by the way.
Or you could retain an attorney... great idea.
