Any MC in here? How are you handling this Plus challenge? Are you guys hitting the goal? Are you short staffed at all on the front end? We are so short staffed, have not hit the 25 once. I am so frustrated! Are the managers getting irritated with you due to goals not being met?

Agree. I can’t wait to be demoted to my old job and keep the raise I got to take this joke of a fake a-- job
Just enjoy the fact that your job of the club relying on you to get numbers for events and dumping on you if you don’t is coming to an end.
A lot less stress and no pay cut to do an easier job.
Sorry noone answered any of your questions. I'm not a member champ, but a MSS. We hit our goal all but three days. We are short staffed, but we have a motivated bunch on the front. They are happy and we create a positive environment that helps people achieve their goals. Management doesn't nag us a about numbers, because they don't have to. If we're having a rough day, my manager and I will hop on and tag team it until we get a few. I don't ask anything from my team that I'm unable to deliver. If your manager doesn't like your numbers, have them show you how it's done. It is really that simple. Create a positive atmosphere and work as a team. It is possible to be successful, even if your situation isn't ideal.

Yeah our managers do good to make it through a day without working their asses off. The new attendance policy is a joke, I think it’s so more of them will quit. The mangers are beat down no support double hours same pay.
Who cares what mangers say 🤣they are always all talk for 99%they just happy we keep coming to work they wont say that's true but it is they no nobody likes working hear
